Who we are
Veltriq Alliance ("we", "us") is an IT systems integration and services company based at 10 Agbaoku Street, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at sales@veltriqalliance.com.ng.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number and the details of your request. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- Newsletter. When you subscribe we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name, together with the date and the page you subscribed from. We use these to send you our newsletter and occasional updates about our services. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Security self-check. Your answers to the self-check are processed in your browser and are not sent to us unless you choose to include your result in an enquiry.
How we store and share it
Form submissions are stored in a Google Workspace account controlled by Veltriq Alliance. If we use an email marketing service to send our newsletter, your subscription details will be stored by that provider on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and embedded Google Maps on our contact page may set cookies under Google's own privacy policy. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for our normal business records. We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, after which we remove your details from our mailing list.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, use the link in any newsletter email or email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject. For any other request, email us and we will respond promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
